Installation Crew Leader

Job Description

Symphony Concrete Coatings specializes in providing an outstanding customer experience for our unique concrete floor coating system. We install Garage, basement, and concrete patio coatings that are designed to last a lifetime and installed in one day!

Our product is amazing but our team is even better and we’re looking for our next teammate.

Attitude is everything, we’ll provide all the training and equipment to create beautiful finished floors. We’ll certify you with our manufacturer so you can learn the proper way to install the floor. With our product we can work all year round.

You’re the perfect person for the job if you are:

Detail oriented
Consistently on time and punctual to work for our 7 am start time in Middleton, MA
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and are physically fit to perform the job
Have a clean record and valid drivers license and can pass a background check
Take pride in your work
You are looking for stable and long term employment
You have experience in a trade or hands on labor
Have a great attitude and work well in a team

Must be available Monday through Friday 6:30am - 4pm and occasionally on Saturday if it rains during the week.

Must have reliable transportation to Middleton MA.

COVID-19 considerations:
Our installations are done primarily outside or in ventilated garages. You will have very little interaction with customers and will only interact with 1-3 other installers on a job.
