Waterproofing – Foundation Repair Team MembersB-Dry Systems and Ram Jack of Louisville has immediate openings for full time, year round Waterproofing – Foundation Repair Team Members. No experience necessary but previous experience in waterproofing, construction, concrete, drainage installation is a plus. This is a great opportunity for inexperienced laborers to learn a trade. $19.00 per hour starting pay, higher with experience $1.00 per hour attendance bonus available Weekly Pay by Direct Deposit or Check Overtime available if desired Monday through Friday work week starting at 7:30 am and typically ending 4 to 6 pm Saturday work optional 401K plan with guaranteed company contribution Profit sharing bonus Health Insurance (PPO Plan and HSA Plan) Dental and Vision Insurance Company provided Life Insurance Health Savings Account Paid holidays Paid vacation Uniforms provided Rapid advancement opportunities for motivated team membersQualified Candidates Will:Have a strong work ethicBe reliableArrive on timeHave reliable transportation to our officeBe able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkJob Responsibilities:Work effectively in a team environment.Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions.May operate a variety of hand and power tools including demo hammers, drills, breakers.May use construction equipment – excavator, skid steer, Dingo, trencher.Install drain tiles and drainage systemsClean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials.Mix and Lay concreteMay do light carpentry and plumbing workMaintain and clean all equipmentPhysical labor involving hauling and excavating at job sitesMaintain Safe work environmentPerform materials handling and storage, load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials.Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.Performs other duties as directed by supervisorSkills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience:Previous experience in construction a plusDriver's License (Preferred)Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crawling, and lifting items up to 90+ poundsWe will provide Company paid trainingWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer Compensation: $18.00 per hourRam Jack is dedicated to providing outstanding foundation services for a wide range of customers throughout North America.
