Company Description HOTWORX is an innovative 24-hour infrared fitness studio that has transformed the fitness industry with patented, virtually instructed workout saunas. Members experience 30-minute Isometric and 15-minute HIIT sessions that combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise for efficient, results-driven workouts. In addition to unlimited HOTWORX sessions, members can train in the Functional Exercise ("FX") Zone to maximize their time before, after, or between infrared workouts. Role Description The Event Marketing Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Indian Land, SC. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing local events, promotions, and community outreach to drive studio awareness and membership growth. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, setting up and managing event displays, engaging prospective members, collecting leads, and tracking event performance. The specialist will collaborate with studio leadership to align event campaigns with brand guidelines, support in-studio retail sales initiatives, and ensure a consistent and positive member experience. The role also involves maintaining relationships with local businesses, attending trade shows and community events, and providing support for other marketing activities as needed. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Event Marketing, including planning, coordination, and execution of local events and promotions. Experience in Social Media Marketing, with the ability to meet membership and product sales goals and promote studio offerings effectively. Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating welcoming experiences and building lasting member relationships. Background in Trade Shows or community events, including booth management, lead generation, and post-event follow-up. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present the HOTWORX value proposition clearly and confidently. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in an on-site environment. Comfort working in a fitness-focused setting and interest in health and wellness; prior fitness or studio experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
