Sales Compensation Analyst

$50 - $60 per hour

Soni Resources

Soni Resources is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to support sales incentive calculations, reporting and process automation.

The ideal candidate will combine sales compensation or sales operations experience with advanced Excel and Power Automate skills.

Responsibilities:

Support the calculation and administration of sales incentive plans
Analyze and validate compensation data
Build and improve Excel models, templates and reports
Automate manual processes using Excel macros and Power Automate
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
Document workflows and partner with internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

Experience in sales compensation, incentive compensation, sales operations or a related analytical role
Advanced Excel skills, including macros and automation
Experience using Microsoft Power Automate
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage complex data with a high level of accuracy
Workday or similar HRIS experience is a plus

Compensation: $50 - $60/ Hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
