Registered Nurse – PeriOperative Services

Schedule: 40 hrs/wk with call every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

Experience in ortho, general surgery, GYN, and endoscopy

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout the peri-operative period, including patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Advocate for patients and ensure their wellbeing from admission through discharge.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of patients of all age groups.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
Participate in continuous education and training related to perioperative nursing practices.
