Job Description

The Packaging and Loading role involves preparing products for shipment by securely packaging items, loading them efficiently, and ensuring accurate handling of materials. This position operates within a small team environment and reports directly to the Warehouse Manager, emphasizing teamwork and precision to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Package products securely to prevent damage during transit
Load items onto transport vehicles efficiently and safely
Handle materials following safety and quality standards
Prepare shipments according to scheduling and documentation requirements
Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily targets

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in packaging and loading
Skilled in manual handling techniques
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Effective time management abilities
High attention to detail
