Responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ years of proven experience in business systems analysis, process improvement, and solution identification
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate user requirements and operational procedures
- Demonstrated expertise in cost/benefit analysis and technology assessment
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and stakeholder engagement
- High interpersonal skills to motivate teams and elicit quality work output
- Knowledge of IT industry trends, architectural concepts, and relevant tools
- Experience with emerging technologies relevant to business systems
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative in a limited supervision environment
