Georgetown University in Washington, DC seeks an Information Specialist to act as the frontline for Revenue & Receivables' student account services. You will provide financial counseling, answer inquiries, and assist with payment options and billing concerns, via in-person, phone, email, or Zoom. Collaborating with a team of specialists, you’ll help students, parents, and other stakeholders navigate billing policies, financial aid disbursements, refunds, and account access. #J-18808-Ljbffr
