You’ll guide your team while collaborating closely with leadership to create consistency, trust, and exceptional resident experiences.

Safe, vibrant environments: Properties are well-maintained, pristine, and welcoming.
How You'll Achieve it
Oversee daily property operations from cleanliness and safety to vendor coordination and inspections.
Lead and develop your team, providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability.
Maintain accurate and organized records by reviewing leases, move-out reconciliations, renewals, and financial documentation.
Support leasing and resident relations through collaboration and applying your experience, ensuring all communications are timely and professional.
Manage collections and deposits in alignment with our financial policies.
Walk the property daily to ensure safety, curb appeal, and maintenance standards are met.
Uphold compliance across housing paperwork, audits, and reporting to ownership or lenders.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred at properties where applicable.
Ability to regularly walk the property, inspect conditions, and engage with residents in person.
Commitment to fair housing compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational excellence.
Previous property management experience was preferred, but not required. We value leadership potential, accountability, and the drive to learn and grow.
Compensation for this role is aligned with the scope and responsibilities of a community manager position. While regional management experience is valued, compensation for this position reflects the responsibilities at the community level and should not be expected to match regional-level pay.
