Compensation : ~$130k-$150k Total Comp

What We're Looking For :

5+ years of federal and state income tax experience
Public accounting background (strongly preferred)
Experience with consolidated and unitary filings (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
Experience with OneSource, Workday, or similar tax software (preferred)
Someone detail-oriented who can also identify process improvement opportunities

What You'll Be Doing :

Prepare and review federal and state income tax filings and supporting workpapers
Support tax planning initiatives, research projects, and audit requests
Assist with tax compliance related to acquisitions and newly integrated entities
Partner with accounting, legal, operations, and leadership teams on tax-related matters
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains
Analyze tax data and help support strategic initiatives across the organization
Assist with shareholder-related tax matters and multi-state compliance processes
Support development of scalable tax processes and reporting improvements
