Join our team! We are looking for a Legal Department Manager in Riga Business office!

We are looking for you if you like:

• Ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Lead the Legal Department and provide legal support to the company's business units.
• Prepare and review contracts, internal documents, and policies.
• Advise management on legal risks and strategic decision-making.
• Oversee litigation and dispute resolution processes, and cooperate with external legal advisors.
• Monitor changes in legislation and ensure their implementation in practice.
• Cooperate with and provide reports to the Group companies.
• Collaborate with supervisory authorities and prepare the required documentation.

If you have:

• Higher education in law.
• Experience in legal management, preferably in the financial or lending sector.
• Strong knowledge of consumer rights, commercial law, data protection, and AML/CFT.
• Ability to analyse risks, prepare legal documents, and make well-reasoned decisions.
• Excellent Latvian and good English language skills (for communication with Group colleagues abroad).
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to work and effectively lead a team in a dynamic environment.
