Qualifications Applicants must qualify for the 2210 IT Specialist series and the required grade. Experience must be IT-related, demonstrated by paid or unpaid work and/or specific, intensive training such as IT certifications. Requirements include: Attention to Detail – thoroughness and conscientiousness. Customer Service – works with clients and customers to assess needs, provide information, resolve problems, and meet expectations. Oral Communication – delivers clear and convincing presentations and listens and responds appropriately. Problem Solving – identifies problems, evaluates information, applies judgment, and recommends solutions. Applicants must have specialized experience at the GS‑13 level, or equivalent, related to the position. This includes supporting modern enterprise databases and developing database infrastructure strategies and procedures aligned with modern development principles.
