We’re looking for a versatile, outgoing team member who is just as comfortable slicing premium meats to perfection as they are interacting with our awesome guests. --- The Role... This isn't your average, hidden-in-the-back kitchen job. You will wear two very important hats: 1. The Deli Pro: Crafting beautiful, classic deli sandwiches and safely operating a commercial meat slicer.
2. The Hospitality Engine: Stepping out from behind the counter to support the floor as a barback and food runner, ensuring our guests have everything they need. If you love the art of a perfect sandwich and thrive in a social, dynamic environment, you’ll fit right in. --- What You’ll Do...
Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work weekend shifts is a must, as these are our busiest and most fun times. --- Who You Are Experienced (or Eager to Learn): You have prior experience working in a deli, kitchen, or restaurant environment. Comfortable (and safe!) handling a commercial meat slicer.
Extroverted & Confident: You are definitely *not* timid. You genuinely enjoy talking to people, making eye contact, and making guests feel welcome.
A Team Player: You have a "no job is too small" attitude. You're happy to jump from sandwich-making to running drinks if that's where the team needs you.

- Slice & Craft: Safely and efficiently operate a commercial meat slicer. Prep and assemble classic deli sandwiches to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Work the Room: Deliver food to tables with a smile, anticipate guest needs, and bring positive energy to every interaction.
- Support the Bar: Keep the bar stocked with ice, glassware, and garnishes, and assist the bartending team during peak hours.
- Maintain the Vibe: Keep the deli station, prep areas, and guest spaces clean, organized, and sanitized.
