About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to take on a senior, hands-on role with a focus on owning the growth function as the business scales its digital consumer platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth and customer acquisition strategy, scaling acquisition across various channels, and owning key metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, and ROI. This role requires a commercial drive, sharp analytics, and a proven track record in scaling digital businesses. The Head of Growth will also be tasked with designing and managing growth experiments, optimizing marketing budgets, and leading a marketing team, as well as working closely with product and engineering teams to enhance conversion, retention, and player engagement.
