Position Requirements

What You'll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (RTUs, walk-in coolers/freezers, split systems, etc.)
• Work on Hot-side and Restaurant Equipment repair
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Diagnose system issues and recommend effective repair solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate service documentation

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration
• EPA Certification (prefferd)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with plumbing or construction is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
