Furniture Installer Supervisor Job Application

Overview We are looking for motivated, experienced furniture installer SUPERVISORS to join our team at Houston Installation Services (H.I.S). As a trusted and established company since 1974, H.I.S specializes in office furniture installation, business relocations, and corporate office furniture assembly. Schedules vary, and after-hours shifts happen—sometimes you’re starting early, sometimes staying late. Flexibility is key. Responsibilities As a furniture installer SUPERVISOR, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including installing furniture from leading brands like Teknion, HON, and Steelcase. You will work on various projects within a team setting and play a crucial role in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing office spaces for our valued clients. You will manage on-site projects, lead installation crews, interpret blueprints, and communicate with onsite contacts and customers. Compensation and Benefits Pay with experience: $19-$23 per hour Weekly overtime pay after 40 hours Health benefits, paid holidays, and personal time after 60 days Vacation and 401K offered after one year Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: Experience in supervising furniture installation High School Diploma or GED; technical or vocational training is a plus. 3–5 years of commercial furniture installation experience, with prior leadership or supervisory roles.
