Senior Sap Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP PP/QM Manufacturing SME. This role will support SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes across manufacturing operations. This role includes the opportunity to participate in SAP implementations at new manufacturing facilities and support ongoing process improvement initiatives. Division site is a facility specializing in the assembly of large, critical structures and structural assemblies combining advanced manufacturing, industrialization, and quality driven production processes.

Requirements

\n
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP manufacturing experience
\n
• Strong SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) experience; Strong MRP knowledge
\n
• Understanding of rough-cut and finite capacity planning
\n
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation in a manufacturing environment
\n
• Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, document processes, and support solution design
\n
• Experience training users and supporting go-live/hyper care activities
\n
• Ability to analyze manufacturing processes and recommend improvements
\n
• Strong collaboration skills in a global environment
\n
• Willingness to travel as needed (Under 25%-To other company locations)
\n

Responsibilities

\n
• Support SAP PP and QM design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
\n
• Support MRP, production orders, BOMs, routings, work centers, inspection plans, inspection lots, and quality notifications
\n
• Facilitate workshops and document business requirements; Translate business requirements into SAP solutions aligned with manufacturing best practices
\n
• Partner with production, planning, engineering, and quality teams to support operational requirements
\n
• Troubleshoot SAP manufacturing and quality process issues
\n
• Work with technical teams on system integrations and interfaces
\n
• Support integration with Inventory Management, Finance, and Controlling modules; Train end users on SAP manufacturing and quality processes
\n
• Experience in regulated manufacturing and quality environments
\n
• Knowledge of engineering BOMs, manufacturing BOMs, revision control, engineering change management, traceability, serialization, and nonconformance processes
\n
• SAP Project Systems (PS) experience is a plus
