Bartender

St. Louis Country Club is looking for an enthusiastic, part-time or full-time, experienced bartender. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding members needs and expectations. Bar locations include outside and inside bars.

Responsibilities: Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant dining members Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Keep the bar area clean and organized throughout service Assess members needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails accurately Engage with beverage manager on planning and presenting seasonal bar menu Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent member experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Be proficient in food menu knowledge and taking food orders accurately at full service bar areas Requirements: Working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and cleanAvailability on major holidays as well as Tuesday-Sunday during high volume times of year. Candidates must be reliable and capable of working as part of a team SLCC employment is based on the successful completion of a criminal background check.
