Responsibilities Reach out to potential new customers who are actively looking for a new insurance provider Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations This is not a service position, but some service work will be a part of your duties. Qualifications Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Insurance experience preferred but not required You will have to become licensed in property and casualty and eventually life and health at the Agency's expense if not currently licensed Experience managing client relationships is preferred Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening Ability to take direction and show initiative to learn and grow Benefits Generous salary plus sales commission/bonus Paid time off including sick and vacation pay Work with others in a strong team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
