Operations Manager Job Summary The Gameday Operations Manager oversees frontline venue operations during events, managing gate workers, cleaning crews, and facility maintenance staff to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient fan experience. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site operations during events Supervise gate staff, cleaning crews, and maintenance teams Ensure efficient guest entry, crowd flow, and access control Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the venue Respond to facility and maintenance issues in real time Coordinate pre-event setup and post-event breakdown Enforce safety procedures and venue policies Qualifications/Requirements Friendly, outgoing and personable Enjoys sports atmosphere Reliable and punctual Act respectful and professionally Ability to withstand the outdoor elements for spring, summer and fall; including rain or extreme heat Ability to work weekends We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. $20/hour Schedule Weekends, Part-Time Work Location Baton Rouge #J-18808-Ljbffr
