Wedding Sales and Services Manager - The Sebastian Vail

We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional to lead wedding sales and event services at a luxury hospitality property in Vail. In this role, you will guide couples through the planning process from inquiry to execution, coordinate with internal teams, and help create exceptional wedding experiences that reflect the property’s standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage wedding inquiries, conduct venue tours, and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
• Build strong relationships with clients, planners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, Banquet Event Orders, and other event documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for wedding clients throughout the planning process.
• Coordinate event details with culinary, banquet, operations, and catering teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead pre-event meetings and site inspections as needed.
• Monitor event timelines, floor plans, room setups, and service requirements to support a smooth guest experience.
• Track sales goals, forecast revenue, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and generate repeat or referral business.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence that reflects the brand’s standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in wedding sales, event planning, catering sales, or hospitality services preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common hospitality or CRM systems.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across departments to deliver high-quality events.
• Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
