Tech - Surgical

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist to support complex orthopedic, neuro, and vascular surgical procedures. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a broad current skill set and the ability to adapt to dynamic clinical environments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons by ensuring the sterile field is maintained and instruments are prepared efficiently.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures to facilitate smooth operation flow.
• Manage instrument sterilization and disinfection processes according to accreditation standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control guidelines consistently.
• Contribute to post-operative instrument processing and storage procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure optimal patient care and procedural success.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
• Hold current BLS certification; CST preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate extensive recent experience with orthopedic, neuro, and vascular surgeries.
• Possess excellent critical thinking skills and detailed knowledge of instrumentation and central processing.
• Exhibit strong professionalism and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
