Salary: $147,900 - 200,100 per year Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of experience in program, project, or product management, or in leading product implementation
• We need 8+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
• We need experience analyzing data using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms
• We need experience developing an innovative global supply strategy that delivered a tangible business benefit
• We need experience building and contracting Behind-the-Meter (BTM) and/or Front-the-Meter (FTM) power generation solutions using natural gas
• We need natural gas industry experience
• We need demonstrated knowledge of natural gas trading operations, pricing mechanisms, market fundamentals, and commodity risk management
• We need deep familiarity with pipeline engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) scopes, including commercial frameworks and large-scale contract negotiations
• We need experience with operations and maintenance (O&M) contracting models, performance guarantees, and lifecycle cost management for gas infrastructure assets
• We need understanding of natural gas extraction, production, processing, gathering, and transportation across the value chain
• We need proven experience sourcing and managing capital-intensive equipment such as gas turbines, natural gas reciprocating engines or generators, and related balance-of-plant systems
• We need a track record of managing complex supplier portfolios, including OEMs, turnkey service providers, and refurbishers or resellers
• We prefer a masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• We prefer experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
• We prefer experience negotiating with global suppliers and delivering cost reductions
• We prefer experience in procurement practices involving engineering, supply chain, and Tier 1 OEM partners
• We prefer experience using best-in-class procurement methods such as category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, and contracting
• We prefer experience with continuous improvement and Six Sigma methodologies

• We develop and execute end-to-end category strategies for natural gas infrastructure procurement, including gas molecules, pipeline systems, power generation equipment, and balance-of-plant scope for data centers
• We lead complex negotiations involving long-term supply agreements, EPC contracts, and O&M service arrangements with OEMs, turnkey providers, and EPC contractors
• We build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, including performance measures, scorecards, and accountability frameworks to ensure commitments are met
• We conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover cost savings, supply risks, and emerging technologies within the natural gas value chain
• We drive large-scale supply chain and procurement process improvements by creating scalable, programmatic frameworks and measurable outcomes
• We collaborate across engineering, legal, finance, and operations to align procurement plans with business goals and customer timelines
• We manage multiple priorities while consistently delivering results on schedule
