Registered Nurse - Transplant

Job Summary • Position supports the Small Bowel Transplant and Hepatobiliary Surgical Transplant departments (5x8 Day shifts) • Location-specific details and local rate within 60 miles to be advised by Account Manager • Primarily responsible for care of pre-transplant and intestinal rehab patients • May involve contact with COVID-19 patients • Required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting focused on transplant services • Support pre-transplant evaluations and follow-up care • Assist with coordination and management of patients in intestinal rehab programs • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care • Maintain clinical documentation and follow established protocols for transplant care Required Qualifications • Active RN license • Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinic experience • Willingness to float to units of equal or lower acuity • Ability to work with transplant and rehab populations • Comfortable caring for patients who may have COVID-19 Preferred Qualifications • Previous transplant nursing experience • Experience in small bowel transplant and hepatobiliary surgery settings Certifications • BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel, Inc.
