Second-Shift Direct Support Professional - Growth

Direct Support Professional Location: Neptune City, NJ. Schedule: Second shift positions available. Salary: Starting at $20.42, increasing with education/experience. Responsibilities Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending day program. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving goals for daily living skills such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Supervise planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals. Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings for individuals. Schedule and transport individuals to and from day program. Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED. Valid non-provisional driver's license. 18 years of age or older (required). Ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
