We are seeking a Project Manager, to coordinate and complete industrial projects on time, within budget, and within scope. This role manages projects from initial customer development and proposal creation through completion across electrical systems and general industrial construction.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Coordinate industrial projects from quoting through completion.
• Understand project scopes across mechanical, electrical, construction, and related trades.
• Create estimates and communicate proposals based on customer requirements, safety, timing, and quality expectations.
• Schedule resources, kickoff meetings, site visits, and field operations to support efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Communicate leads, potential change orders, and time-and-material opportunities for additional quoting.
• Provide technical support to department managers, superintendents, and crew leaders.
• Verify and approve vendor and subcontractor work and invoices, resolving commercial issues as needed.
• Track and bill projects and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.

 

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of industrial or commercial electrical trade experience.
• Experience managing multiple trade crews in an industrial or commercial environment.
• Experience managing subcontractor work from quoting through completion and payment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to schedule project kickoff meetings and develop efficient work plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, as well as Gmail, Google Docs, and Salesforce.
• Ability to provide customers with documentation related to timing, materials, and safety and keep it updated.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Availability and reachability for customers, vendors, and company personnel 24/7.
