Resort Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a Resort Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping staff and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our resort and cabin facilities. The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience and strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. Qualifications include proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, attention to detail and organizational skills. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the work of housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets standards, training new housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, handling guest complaints or special requests in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with resort policies and procedures, scheduling staff shifts and assigning duties appropriately. This role requires a dedicated individual who can maintain high cleaning standards while leading a team to provide exceptional service to our guests.
