Key Responsibilities Create and maintain a clean, upbeat, and welcoming environment guests won’t want to leave Build genuine connections with guests—our customers are the life of the party Communicate clearly with both guests and team members regarding menu items, specials, and updates Ensure all food and beverages are delivered accurately and meet quality standards Work collaboratively and jump in to support teammates whenever needed Qualifications Previous serving experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is required Strong verbal communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Join the Paco’s Team?
