Lead Systems Engineer

IBM MQ EngineerOver 10 years of hands-on experience in engineering, administering, and supporting IBM MQ environments. Advanced proficiency in IBM MQ architecture, configuration, and performance optimization. Proven expertise with MQ Multi-Instance setups, MQ Internet Pass-Thru (MQ IPT), Replicated Data Queue Manager (RDQM), and native high availability (HA) configurations. Strong background in SSL certificate lifecycle management and securing MQ infrastructure. Solid understanding of Unix/Linux, cloud platforms and containerized environments. Exceptional documentation capabilities and a track record of mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 support teams. Highly skilled in automation and scripting using tools and languages such as Chef, Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Shell scripting. Deep familiarity with ITIL frameworks, including incident, change, and problem management processes.
