People Operations Manager

Seeking a results-driven People Operations Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the full employee lifecycle, support talent acquisition, and ensure a positive employee experience while fostering an inclusive company culture. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the People Ops team to build and maintain processes for talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, and professional development Oversee daily People operations, ensuring compliance with policies and championing company culture Act as a point of contact for staff to address concerns and support day-to-day administration of People programs Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in a People Operations and/or Human Resources role Solid understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment and performance management Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws Proven track record of fostering a culture of growth and development for employees Familiarity with HRIS, benefit administration, and ATS platforms, with experience in Rippling being a plus
