We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the product development of our Commercial Architectural LED Lighting portfolio and s hape the future  of tangible, manufactured, engineered Commercial Architectural Lighting Products on a Global Scale.  

What You'll Do

• Support product development timelines and launches for our Commercial Architectural Lighting product families while achieving brand alignment.
• Work across teams to support NPI (New Product Introduction), Product Lifecycle Management, Prototype Evaluation, Design for Manufacturability, Asia-Pacific Factory Collaboration, Product Specifications, Cerfication Processes, and On Time Launch Activities.
• Analyze and report on life cycle performance, customer feedback, competitive findings and market trends to identify portfolio opportunities and support future commercial architectural lighting product development initiatives.
• Build proficiency in sustainability frameworks and transparency initiatives including RED List awareness, DECLARE readiness, Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) support, and eco-design principles.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Architecture, or Lighting Design.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting development, engineering, design, specification, or manufacturing of physical products such as lighting, consumer electronics, electrical products, appliances, building products, architectural products, industrial products/ equipment, or other manufactured consumer goods.
• Proven ability and willingness to learn LED technologies, controls, drivers, optics, photometric performance, and lighting applications.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and product specifications.
• Ability and willingness for up to 20% estimated domestic and international business travel to include manufacturing facilities, trade shows, showrooms, conferences, industry events, field visits, and customer site visits.
• Flexibility for early morning or evening meetings to support international team collaboration, as needed.
