Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery Per Diem

Location: Polson, MT

Embark on a rewarding per diem nursing role focused on Labor and Delivery, delivering comprehensive obstetric and newborn care with a daytime shift supported by a collaborative care team. Ideal candidates bring at least two years of L&D/LDRP experience, current BLS and NRP certifications, and proficiency with electronic charting via Epic and medication dispensing systems. You'll work in a critical access OB setting with newborn care in a Level 1 nursery, following a minimum four shifts per month and a weekly onboarding orientation. A supportive coordinator will help you schedule shifts and navigate the per diem arrangement, offering ongoing opportunities to grow your skills in a high-demand specialty while making a meaningful impact on families.

Requirements:

2 years L&D/LDRP experience required
BLS (AHA) NRP
RN will cover all areas of OB including newborn care (Level 1 nursery)
3-month separation
Epic charting system
Pyxis medication system
Critical access facility
