• 7on / 7 off schedule with flexibility+Nocturnist APPon at night to help with admissions
• Opportunity to teach residents from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
• Closed ICU with intensivists on 24/7, no proceduresrequired
• Top-tier compensation, includinga $374,000 base salary, plusa performance-basedbonus plan and a fully loaded benefit package
