Requirements Must be able to come 8am on first day to orient w on duty provider Schedule: Friday 5pm - Monday 7am weekends as needed Work Details: • Support staff: APP • Patients per day: case load – 13 patients per day • Patient population/age: 55 • Department description: All hospital work on the floor consults incoming STEMI. Typically an APP is scheduled to work however since it is a holiday that might not be the case. • EMR: Cerner • Hospital bed size: 99 Beds • Skills required: STEMI Practice Setting: • Hospital Requirements: • Board Certification: required • License required: AZ License required - IMLC ONLY • DEA: required • Minimum experience required: required 2 years Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days Shift Info: Night 3x24-Hour 17:00 - 07:00
