Job Opportunity – Cardiology Hospitalist – Arizona

Schedule: Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM; weekends as needed. Four-hour orientation required on first day starting at 8:00 AM.

Highlights:

• Average patient caseload of 13 patients per day in a 99-bed hospital setting
• Adult patient population ages 55 and older
• Comprehensive cardiology care including floor consults, incoming STEMI cases, and hospital-based consultations
• Advanced Practice Provider support typically available
• Cerner EMR system with mandatory remote training provided prior to start
• 30-day credentialing timeframe

Requirements:

• Board Certification required
• Active Arizona state license required (IMLC accepted)
• Current DEA registration
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• STEMI experience and competency required
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
