Responsibilities The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal. This position requires a strong command of California civil procedure, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment. You will serve as the operational backbone of complex litigation matters, managing court filings, coordinating case deadlines, supporting discovery efforts, and assisting with trial preparation. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of civil litigation experience in California Experience supporting complex litigation matters from inception through resolution Prior experience in a fast‑paced plaintiff‑side or defense litigation environment strongly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of California civil litigation procedures and court rules If you are an experienced Litigation Specialist, please apply!
