Vendor Operations Supply Chain Specialist

Role at Lutec USA

Vendor Operations Supply Chain Specialist manages critical onboarding, EDI transactions, and chargeback recovery by leveraging The Home Depot Supplier Hub alongside SPS Commerce infrastructure. This position is best suited to an exprienced professional with a background in retail supply chain management, as well as familiarity with Home Depot's rigorous compliance requirements.

Core Functions & Expertise

· Supplier Hub Navigation: Actively utilizing the The Home Depot Supplier Hub to access the Merch Payables Self-Service Portal for managing unpaid invoices and chargeback reconciliations.

· SPS Commerce EDI Integration: Mapping and managing 100% compliant EDI documents (850, 855, 856, 810) to keep inventory, advance ship notices (ASNs), and invoicing synchronized across Home Depot and Lutec USA systems.

· Compliance Management: Tracking SPM (Supplier Performance Management) data, On Time In Full (OTIF) metrics, and fill-rate violations within the Supplier Hub.

· Deduction & Dispute Resolution: Utilizing SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery or direct Home Depot POD disputes to automatically retrieve documentation and overturn invalid AP deductions.

· Supply Chain Visibility: Monitoring sell-through data and SKU-level performance to prevent stock- outs across Rapid Deployment Centers (RDCs) and Direct Fulfillment Centers (DFCs)

· Chargeback and Deduction Management : Navigating the Dispute Tool for direct fulfillment or utilizing SPS Revenue Recovery connectors to automatically attach necessary 3PL and carrier documentation to invalid shipping/shortage deductions.
