Substance Use Counselor

We are seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling services for adults in a new residential treatment program. Key responsibilities include completing assessments, screenings, treatment planning, and referrals , delivering case management , and coordinating community support services. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support clients' recovery and stability. Qualifications include a valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential , an associate's degree in human services or a related field (bachelor's preferred), and knowledge of addiction, recovery, and case management principles. Ideal candidates have experience with justice-involved populations , a valid driver's license , and reliable transportation .
