EVV Compliance Specialist

Position: EVVCompliance Specialist Reports to: Administrator Revised: 09/07/2025 Job Summary Brockton Home Health Care is looking for a detail-oriented EVV Compliance Specialist to help maintain high standards in home care services. This key role ensures our road staff and operations remain compliant with state of Massachusetts regulations and company policies. The EVV Compliance Specialist will make sure every road staff logs into Axxess to complete Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) by clocking in and out according to their work schedule. About Brockton Home Health Care Brockton Home Health Agency is Medicaid and Medicare certified in Massachusetts and accredited by the Joint Commission - Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). It provides health services, skilled and non-skilled, to adults and elderly with home support. The agency also provides health care staffing needs for health facilities as well as non-medical transportation services. Key Responsibilities Functions as primary support for daily EVV monitoring Conducts internal audits to ensure adherence to agency policies and state regulations with EVV Identifies gaps and re-educates road staff as needed Assists with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Communicates with staff and clients as needed Maintains organized compliance records and reports Highlights Brockton Home Health Care offers a comprehensive benefits plan that includes paid holidays, vacation and sick days, 401k, direct deposit. Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress. Excellent telephone skills. Highly professional and dependable. Proficient computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Previous customer service or administrative experience required; healthcare and/or home care experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
