Role Description The Shipper role at Farm Innovators, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Plymouth, IN. In this role, the team member prepares orders for shipment by picking, packing, labeling, and staging products according to shipping documents and customer requirements. Daily tasks include verifying quantities, inspecting products for visible damage, operating basic warehouse equipment, and maintaining accurate shipping records. The Shipper coordinates with warehouse and customer service staff to meet shipping deadlines and ensure orders are routed correctly. This role also involves following safety procedures, keeping the shipping area organized, and supporting general warehouse operations as needed. Qualifications Experience with basic warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and staging shipments. Ability to read and follow shipping documents, labels, and instructions with strong attention to detail. Skills in operating or willingness to learn operation of material-handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar tools). Strong organization, time management, and reliability to meet daily shipping deadlines. Ability to lift and move packages safely and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with warehouse and office staff.
