Sales Representative - Medical Device

Radiometer seeks a Sales Representative to build customer relationships and drive revenue growth across Nashville, Louisville, Lexington, and Knoxville territories. The role involves executing territory plans, conducting onsite sales calls, and managing customer accounts in acute care diagnostics. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, are required; 70% travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plan to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts
• Conduct onsite customer visits to progress sales pipeline and advance opportunities
• Perform annual business reviews with top accounts and manage escalated accounts
• Maintain accurate sales funnel, customer data, activities, and forecasts in CRM
• Create and deliver proposals aligned with customer needs and company growth targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, science major preferred
• 3+ years sales experience; medical device industry preferred
• 1+ years capital equipment sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 pounds
• Microsoft Office proficiency and CRM system experience helpful
• Clinical background in respiratory therapy, nursing, or lab work beneficial

Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
