Production Worker Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin Type: Temporary Manufacturing/Production Salary: $16.5 Per Hour Production Worker Production Associate Responsibilities: Complete various production tasks as assigned by Production Operator. Clears pan jams from line, removes and adds baking pans as needed. Troubleshoots basic causes of line stops and restarts production. Assist the production operator in line startups and changeovers. Oversee product quality and ensure product being produced in in compliance with customer specifications. Maintain high rates of production as set by the Operator and Production Supervisor. Separates rework from raw dough waste whenever possible to minimize waste. Monitor and deliver side trimmings to mixer; notify operator when side trimmings exceed acceptable rates. Qualifications: Work in a noisy environment for length of shift Able to stand for long periods of time Willing to acquire a wide variety of skills to assist the surrounding team and fully understand the processes Able to problem solve, learn on the fly, process and technical learning, and quality decision.
