Executive Director, US Strategic Projects & Delivery

Novartis is seeking an ED, US Strategic Projects Lead based in East Hanover, NJ. You will oversee the US Strategy & Execution team, ensuring high-priority projects are framed, resourced, governed, and delivered with measurable impact.

The role interfaces with senior leaders and leads a core team to deliver four US strategic projects per quarter. Requires 12+ years of strategic leadership and advanced degrees are preferred.
