What You'll Do:

• Assist maintenance technicians with equipment repairs, installations, and facility maintenance projects.
• Gather tools, materials, and supplies needed for daily tasks.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Accurately read and use tape measures for installation and repair work.
• Follow work orders, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform general maintenance duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of maintenance, helper, construction, industrial, or related experience required.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Minor plumbing and electrical experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
