In this role, you will co-diagnose, educate, and provide high-level periodontal care to a wonderful patient base. Shift & Schedule Monday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: Closed Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed Requirements Valid State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Strong clinical skills in periodontal therapy and preventative care. A collaborative mindset and the ability to function as a co-provider. Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional bedside manner. Commitment to continuous professional development. Preferences Experience in a private practice setting. Proficiency with advanced dental software and digital diagnostic tools. Passion for community-based oral health education. Job Description Act as a clinical co-therapist in diagnosing and treating periodontal disease. Provide comprehensive patient education to empower individuals in their oral health journeys. Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing with precision. Utilize modern dental equipment and technology to deliver high-quality care. Collaborate with the dentist on comprehensive treatment planning. Maintain detailed patient records and adhere to all safety and sterilization protocols.
