Senior Project Manager, Data Centre We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of data centre projects. This pivotal role is part of our Project & Construction Management team and is responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion, delivering them on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end management of data centre projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (design, engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure seamless execution. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and safety protocols. Manage stakeholder relationships (clients, contractors, vendors) to align with project goals. Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management. Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s preferred. Proven Project Manager experience, preferably with data centre or large‑scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Exceptional leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Day‑to‑Day Activities Oversee daily project activities in accordance with the project plan. Conduct regular meetings with teams to review progress and address challenges. Liaise with clients and stakeholders for updates and scope changes. Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure financial accountability. Conduct site visits to verify quality and safety compliance. Collaborate with procurement to manage vendor relationships and delivery schedules. Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, reports, and records.
