Qualified candidates will possess the following: Hands-on experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-site network environment strongly preferred. Proven track record in network troubleshooting, maintenance, and enterprise infrastructure support. Strong sense of ownership, personal accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
