Qualified candidates will possess the following:
· Proven experience in a high-demand customer service, help desk, or IT support environment.
· Exceptional communication skills and proven capability interacting directly with Senior Leadership.
· Excellent troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and a focus on complete follow-through on every request.
· Hands-on work experience, practical adaptability, and a strong work ethic—demonstrated real-world execution is prioritized over certifications.
