You'll partner closely with the Senior Facility Manager to ensure seamless daily operations across the facility, from coordinating workspace assignments and managing security access systems to overseeing vendor relationships and supporting strategic planning initiatives. At JLL, we embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, and this role positions you at the center of operational excellence where your attention to detail and proactive problem-solving will directly enhance the workplace environment for everyone on site.What your day-to-day will look like:Conduct comprehensive monthly site audits and continuous facility monitoring to maintain operational excellence and identify improvement opportunitiesMaintain and monitor the client's security access badging system, ensuring seamless and secure facility access for all personnelCoordinate desk and seating assignments for new hires and office moves using workplace management software, maintaining accurate records and space utilization dataSupport work order management by coordinating with in-house staff and external vendors, tracking completion status, and ensuring quality service deliveryAssist with tactical planning initiatives and provide direct support to the Senior Facility Manager on strategic projects and client deliverablesContribute presentation content for monthly business review meetings with client leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and operational achievementsCoordinate special events in support of client or JLL initiatives, managing logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site executionManage facility soft services including meeting preparation, conference room reservations and setup, food services coordination, and visitor badgingProvide facilities support for the account's regional remote sites, ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple locationsRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 2-3 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or corporate services environmentProficiency with workplace management software, security access systems, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approachDemonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholdersKnowledge of basic building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety protocolsExperience with budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reportingPreferred qualifications:Professional certification such as FMP (Facility Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager)Experience working in corporate office environments of 50,000+ square feetFamiliarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and IWMS platformsBackground in event coordination and hospitality servicesKnowledge of OSHA safety standards and workplace compliance requirementsExperience supporting multi-site facilities operationsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:73,000.00 – 80,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
