Virtual Health Coach: Behavior Change & Wellness

A leading health technology company based in Albany, NY is seeking a Certified Health Coach who will support program participants in improving their health and wellness. The role requires effective communication skills and proficiency in managing telephonic communication while engaging in a multi-disciplinary care team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a health-related field and completed NHWBC certified training, plus flexibility for periodic Saturday shifts.
